Congratulations on your new purchase of a Custom Sleep Technology (CST) product. Our goal is to provide the highest product quality and durability, assuring you of the most comfortable and healthful night’s sleep.

Mattresses

All CST mattresses are guaranteed for 10 years to the original purchaser, against defects in materials and workmanship based on the following schedule:

Essential Mattress: 9” and 12” – Includes 1 Free Comfort Layer Satisfaction Upgrade.

Serenity Mattress: 9” and 12” – Includes 1 Free Comfort Satisfaction Upgrade.

Performance Mattress: 9” and 12” – Includes 1 Free Comfort Satisfaction Upgrade.

Shipping: Leadtime to ship once order is placed is 4 weeks on all mattresses.

Returns: If the mattress isn’t satisfactory after your Comfort Satisfaction Upgrade your mattress can be returned for a full refund.

Mattress Toppers

All CST mattress toppers are guaranteed for 10 years to the original purchaser, against defects in materials and workmanship.

Essential Mattress Topper: 3” with Organic Cotton Cover

Serenity Mattress Topper: 3” with Organic Cotton Cover

Performance Mattress Topper: 3” with Organic Cotton Cover

Shipping: Leadtime to ship once order is placed is 4 weeks or less on all mattress toppers.

Returns: If your mattress topper isn’t satisfactory, it can be returned for a full refund.  That return must occur within the first 100 days from the delivery date.

Pillows (Bed Pillows and Body Pillows)

All CST Talalay Latex Bed Pillows are guaranteed for 5 years to the original purchaser, against defects in materials and workmanship.

Shipping: Pillow orders will ship within 2 weeks from the date the order is placed.

Returns: Once a pillow is opened and used it cannot be returned.

*Comfort Satisfaction Upgrades require that the client provide Custom Sleep Technology with additional information concerning their sleep experience so that Custom Sleep Technology can make a determination as to the appropriate modification for that client.

The warranty covers 100% of the purchase price against defects in workmanship and materials for the schedule outlined above.  Your mattress will be replaced or repaired, at our option, should it be found defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects other than specific limitations contained herein.  The warranty is effective whether the mattress is purchased separately or with a matching foundation, so long as the mattress is properly supported with a solid surface.

In addition:

1. Warranty is void if the mattress and/or foundation has been burned, damaged, or otherwise abused.
2. Proof of original purchase must be verified.
3. In the event that the mattress is a complete failure, a total refund will be given. Custom Sleep Technology has the option of returning the mattress or donating it to a local charity.
